Andréa Pinheiro

Andrea Pinheiro (she/her) is originally from São Paulo, Brazil. She holds a degree in Social Communication with a focus in Radio and TV. She is an unscripted content intimacy coordinator, casting producer, and audiovisual storyteller, with over 15 years of experience in reality TV. Her passion for human connection and ethical storytelling led her to explore the field of intimacy coordination within unscripted formats. Andrea has recently worked on a wide range of productions from internationally streamed reality shows, to major sporting events. Her background includes casting, emotional support for participants, and developing behind-the–scenes narratives that honor authenticity and respect. She believes in the power of real stories and the importance of safe creative environments. Her experience across Latin America and international teams, enhance her ability to navigate diverse sets with empathy and professionalism.
