Isabel Lutz

Isabel (they/them, she/her) is an intimacy coordinator, performer, and visual storyteller, currently upskilling as a Mental Health Coordinator. They specialize in bringing a trauma-informed approach that centers consent and supports performers in navigating complex material while upholding the director’s creative vision. With a background in social work and mental health support, Isabel is especially equipped to engage with sensitive and challenging content.

Their experience across independent film and theatre has shaped a strong understanding of ethical storytelling and the realities of working within time and budget constraints. As a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, Isabel is passionate about uplifting marginalized voices and fostering inclusive spaces that meet the diverse needs of all performers.

Their credits include international productions such as Holy Days, collaborations with independent film collectives, and work as an intimacy professional with theatre companies, schools, and performance spaces.

Based between Germany and Aotearoa New Zealand, and as a resident of both countries, Isabel is available to travel for projects worldwide.
