Marine Berlanger

Marine (she/her) graduated from the certification program of the Intimacy Professionals Association (IPA) in 2026, and is a Paris-based intimacy coordinator. She has a long-standing background in acting, with early theatre training in Annecy, France. Her practice is rooted in movement, voice, and embodied performance, shaping a precise awareness of bodies, emotions, and presence on set, and reflecting a longstanding commitment to storytelling. Her on-set experience began with La Bonne Épouse (dir. Martin Provost), followed by work across larger-scale film and television productions.

As an intimacy coordinator, Marine supports directors and performers in preparing, staging, and navigating scenes of intimacy and nudity within a clear and structured framework. Drawing on her experience as an actor, she handles sensitive material with precision, care, and performer-centered awareness, while maintaining a calm presence on set and a strong ability to listen, communicate clearly, and support collaborative working environments. She hopes to establish conditions where performers can remain grounded, informed, and creatively available while supporting directors in realizing their artistic vision.

Intersectionality and inclusivity are important considerations in her work, informing her commitment to more nuanced and inclusive on-screen representation. She considers intimacy as a language to be crafted with care and intention, allowing it to fully serve the narrative. Her work is grounded in the belief that clarity enables freedom, and that structure allows for more precise creative exploration.

She works in both French and English and is available for projects across France and Europe.
