Marta Dauliute
Marta Dauliūtė (she/her) is a certified intimacy coordinator known for her attentive, empathetic presence and her ability to create a grounded sense of safety in high-pressure creative environments. She is trained through the Intimacy Professionals Association (IPA), Nordic Intimacy Coordinators (NIC), and Intimacy Directors and Coordinators (IDC). She holds both an MFA and a BA in Film Directing from Valand Academy and the University of Gothenburg, and is certified in Mental Health First Aid.
Marta works in a calm, structured, and transparent way, with strong attention to documentation and clearly defined processes. She is recognized for her listening and conflict-resolution skills, and her strong awareness of power dynamics and consent. She builds trust across departments and navigates sensitive situations with clarity and respect.
Marta combines precision with care, maintaining clear boundaries while supporting actors and remaining attentive to the dynamics that emerge between them. Her approach is trauma-informed and grounded in nonviolent communication and needs-based frameworks.
With experience as a director and producer, she brings a deep understanding of workflow, collaboration, and time-sensitive decision-making. Her work supports authentic, well-crafted intimate scenes while ensuring safety, clarity, and care for everyone involved.
Marta speaks Swedish, Lithuanian, and English, works with both local and international productions, and is represented by Magnolia Agency.
