MELEANE HAVILI

Meleane (she/her) is a BIPOC intimacy coordinator based in Los Angeles, where she was born and raised. Supporting safer work spaces and mental health are top priorities for Meleane who has been in the biz since 2000. Prior to learning about intimacy coordination, she had a successful freelance career as a commercial production manager and held managerial positions at multiple studios. As an intimacy professional, Meleane has worked on over fifty productions including commercials, features, television series, micro dramas, shorts, pilots, proof of concepts and live performance. Meleane explores intimacy through a dancer’s lens and specializes in sensual movement (striptease, lap dance, pole dance, burlesque and aerial arts). Her favorite genres as an IC are when intimacy intersects with comedy, blood or dance. In addition to being a certified intimacy coordinator with Intimacy Professionals Association (IPA) and obtaining a Consent-Forward Artist certificate from Intimacy Directors and Coordinators (IDC), Meleane is a certified Mental Health Coordinator. She’s also a proud member of SAG-AFTRA.

Meleane is known for being production friendly, her leadership skills and people-centered approach in advocating for safer work environments while supporting the director’s creative vision. Her super power zen energy allows her to work with high profile talent and executives in high stress, emotionally charged, time-sensitive situations.
