Mila Godoy

Mila Godoy (she/her) has worked in the audiovisual industry for 25 years, specializing in casting and talent coordination. With a degree in Film and Audiovisual Production, she has built her career working with major television networks, reality show production companies, and a wide range of unscripted formats. She is certified in Intimacy Coordination for Unscripted Content through IPA.

Throughout her career, she has worked across different areas of audiovisual production, but it was in casting that she found her true calling: meeting people, listening to their stories, conducting interviews and research, and discovering compelling individuals who can bring authenticity, diversity, and strength to each project.

Today, she uses her experience to connect people and stories with the right productions, combining research, intuition, and a deeply human perspective to create meaningful casts.
