Patti Lapus

Patti Lapus is a certified Intimacy Coordinator and an accomplished film producer from the Philippines. Trained by Intimacy Professionals Association (IPA), she is one of the pioneering practitioners locally. Her recent IC credits include high-profile international co-productions such as Carlo Enciso Catu’s Hold My Gaze and John Torres’ The Remotes. 

A staunch advocate for professionalizing safety and industry welfare, Patti is a founding member and the former Co-Chairperson of the Inter-Guild Alliance, the organization that helped institute the country’s audiovisual industry protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic. She currently serves as a Film Industry Consultant for the Film Academy of the Philippines, the local government agency mandated to professionalize the country's film workers.

A cum laude graduate of the University of the Philippines Film Institute, Patti’s expertise and perspective have been grounded and honed by over a decade of production experience and leadership. She is the President and Co-Founder of Monsoon Projects, Inc., a boutique film company she launched in 2025 with filmmaker Dodo Dayao.
