Rebeca Medina

Rebeca (she/her) is an experienced certified and SAG-AFTRA registered intimacy coordinator and an acting coach for film and TV specialized in working with children, young actors, and novice actors. She is based in Madrid, Spain. She has worked as an intimacy coordinator on 300+ intimacy scenes since 2021. A selection of her credits as an IC include "Manual para Señoritas" (NETFLIX), "La Vida es Breve" (Movistar+), “Nacho” (Lionsgate+), “Vampire Academy” (Peacock/Universal Television), “Now and Then” (Apple TV+), and “Land of Women” (Apple TV+). Rebeca has more than 20 years of experience as a performer in television, film, and theater productions. She is also an acting teacher specialized in the Chekhov Technique, which is based on the study of movement to achieve the physicality necessary to accurately convey the director’s vision or to develop the skills to perform different proposals quickly. She has worked as an assistant director for the Spanish National Institute of Performing Arts and in other theatrical musical projects.

Rebeca has a BA in Performing Arts from the Royal School of Drama (Madrid), an MA in Drama History from University of Alcalá de Henares, and is certified in Acting Technique for Film and TV through The Film Institute of Madrid.
