Shayde Sinclair

Shayde /ʃeɪd/ (she/her) is a Black-British intimacy coordinator based in Brighton, UK. Shayde has worked consistently across stage and screen and approaches intimacy coordination from an acting background, having graduated from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in 2023.

Shayde is committed to creating empowering, safe, and respectful spaces for performers. She has a passion for facilitating creativity and collaboration between cast and crew, whilst delivering innovative and thoughtful choreography to intimate scenes in order to bring the director and showrunners vision to life. 

She has extensive training in the colloquial and somatic movement of bodies, and uses her knowledge of methodologies such as LABAN and Feldenkrais to inform naturalism within her choreography, whilst utilizing her actor’s brain to make sure it always serves the characters, narrative, and creative vision of the production.
